You may not know but these cards had gone through some issues before they were published. Originally these cards were accepted for the Cards January issue but somehow they weren't collected from the post office. I had a shock when Paige emailed to tell me that my cards were never arrive in their office. Luckily I sent them with a tracking number and a quick check showed that a notice was already left in their office and obviously no one has pick them up. Then I sent Paige an email with the tracking status and true enough they found the notice in their office. I was a bit upset that my cards were left in the post office for months and that I already missed the publication. However, Paige was apologetic and was kind enough to publish my cards in their May 2013 issue.

CARDS May 2013 issue
Hello! It's been a while since I've shared my published cards here and honestly I've almost forgotten about it. I have not been very active in making cards as I used to be and I hope one day I shall get back into the groove. So right now I only have these to share which some of you might have already seen it before I removed it from the blog.

Published Cards and Layout
I've been hit by flu bug since last week and it has now progressing to cough. Can't say I'm on the road to recovery but it's getting there. Keeping my fingers cross.
I haven't been sharing my latest pubs with you so I thought it might be good to do it today. Since having a child, I haven't been as active in submitting as I did before. I used to submit every other month and create stuff just for publication purpose but I hardly have the time now. Let's see what the next few months bring.
So here goes........

Counting Down To Four Weeks......
It's my 36th weeks into pregnancy and I can't believe I'm going to see my baby girl soon! So far things went quite well for me and I thank God for that. I've got everything prepared for her arrival except one, her baby cot. My SIL passed down the baby cot (we bought it for her when she delivered her first child) to us and guess what, she lost the screws and we can't assemble the cot. I'll just wait till my hubby comes home next week and let him fix the problem. For now, I want to sit back and relax while patiently wait for the arrival of my little one :)
This card was published in the October issue of CARDS magazine and it's the last card I submitted to them. This card uses my favorite collection from Crate Paper called Emma's Shoppe. Speaking of card, I haven't been making any since many months ago due to lack of inspiration. No idea why. But I do enjoy making layouts. A few weeks back, I submitted my layout to Scrapbook Trends and when I didn't hear from them, I thought it was yet another reject. Lo and behold, I received an acceptance email from them earlier this week and it caught me by surprise. Never did I expect that they will pick my layout because I wasn't lucky with my previous two submissions and it now gives me the inspiration to scrap more :)

Baby Bump
I love my baby bump! Yep....love it to bits! Unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to take as much pictures as I should. I only have a few nice shots taken and the rest are taken with my camera phone where you could either see my face or the bump. Not picture perfect. So thought of sharing a picture of me and my hubby taken back in October. Where have the time gone to? It feels just like yesterday we took this picture but my growing bump tell me otherwise :) Nine more weeks to go before my life completely go haywire....lol. Hope I can brave through it all and I believe that God will give me the strength I needed :) I can't wait to see our little girl! Looking at this picture, I can't believe how much weight my husband had gained over the years! He used to be very fit and muscular but all I see now is fat....lol! I still love him anyway!
This card was published in CARDS magazine back in July. I have temporary put my submission work on hold and my last submission was for October issue. I will share the October card later. You know how much I love pastel color and was surprised that this bright yellow card turned out to be one of my favorite after all. Sometimes it is good to step out of your comfort zone because you will never know what to expect. And who knows you might get a little surprise too :)

Published cards
In order to maintain my blog, I decided that I should have at least one post a week and gradually increase as time goes by. I just hope to get back in the groove slowly rather than doing nothing about it. And with that said, I have a couple of published cards that I wanted to share here.
May 2011 issue......
June 2011 issue.....
April 2011 issue....

June 2011 issue.....
That's just about it. Have a great day ahead, my crafty friends!
