Not a fan of gloomy weather........

Hello crafty friends! Happy Monday to you! The weather has been gloomy these days and I really miss the sunshine. I don't know about you but weather does affect my mood. Sunny day = happy & gloomy day = sad. Today, I am not too happy with the weather so I thought I would come here to post a card. It makes feel a little bit better :)

Remembered the layout I did for my bestie last week? I actually made a card to go with the layout but didn't take picture of it so my bestie took for me. I love how soft and shabby this card was. You can't see it clearly but I misted the cardstock and love the hint of shimmer on my card. I distressed the edges to make it look aged. I remembered how my friends used to ask me if I burn the paper with incense stick because that's what we used to do back in the school days, lol :) Ok, I have one last thing to say before I go...........Emma Shoppe, I LOVE YOU!!!!!

    I dun like sunny weather though... too hot! :P I terbalik from you... sunny weather = sad, gloomy weather = happy! :P Cos it's cooling :P
    Like now, i'm a bit irritated cos I'm feeling hot and sweaty :P

    I love the shabby vintage feel to this card too :)

    I'm not sure what kind of weather person I am. Depends very much on my mood I guess...but I know that gloomy weather makes me sleepy, LOL!

    I love your card so much.. love the layers... Love softness of the colours and pearl over twine... beautiful :)

    I love cool weather.. it calms me down... i get heat rash too easily :)

    I love this, so many great details. Especially love the double layer of the border punch and I never would have though to throw a brad in the middle of the twine.

    This is so so pretty! Love the soft colors! The twine's an awesome touch too. It's been sunny here! It's nice! Been out with just a sweater for a few days now.

    I would say California weather's perfect - the sun's shining and it's still nice and cool...Wish it was less humid in this region.

    So pretty! LOVE the deckled edge layering! I'm the same way, only sunshine makes me happy! I don't know how some folks live in the colder states with constant snow and rain, I would be so utterly depressed if I lived there!

    HI Cindy, I remembered on Monday was a sunny day ...too hot till 29 deg cel. The same night was hot too at 28 deg cel. Just be cool with any hot or cold weather and enjoy them.
    As for your lovely card, I love it with lovely distressed effect. COOL!!
